Who We Are
Right Auto is a locally owned and operated mechanic shop in London, Ontario, proudly run by Alex and Terence.
We’re a new shop — but we bring years of real automotive experience with us.
Alex, originally from Ukraine, and Terence, from the Bahamas, each have over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, working both as hands-on mechanics and as parts sourcing and service managers. This background gives us a strong, practical understanding of vehicles — not only how to repair them, but how to choose the right parts and solutions for each situation.
Over the years, we’ve worked extensively with American, Japanese, and European vehicles, handling everything from routine maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical issues. Our team includes a licensed mechanic, and all work is performed in accordance with Ontario regulations and standards.

Right Auto is a young, independent shop with a clear goal — to grow the right way by helping our community solve everyday car problems with honest, reliable service.
Our team currently consists of four professionals, and we’re actively expanding as our customer base grows. We believe our growth comes from doing things properly: offering transparent service, fair pricing, and treating people with respect.
We’re not a chain and we’re not a franchise.
